Each service includes:

  • A two-person professional moving crew (additional movers available upon request)
  • Movers equipped with dollies, stretch wrap, and tool kits
  • Help with furniture disassembly or reassembly, as needed
  • Room-by-room placement of items upon unloading.


Please note: These services do not include a moving truck. You supply the truck, POD, or container—we supply the muscle.

Preparing for a Load or Unload Move Day

For Loading:

  • Have your items boxed and ready to go before move day
  • If needed, ask us about our Packing Services
  • We recommend supplying moving blankets or pads for proper furniture protection during transit
  • Our crew will prep, disassemble (if applicable), and load your belongings securely into your rental truck or container


For Unloading:

  • Ensure the truck or container is parked and ready for access
  • Our team will unload and carefully place items into their designated rooms
  • Reassembly of furniture will be completed upon request


You will receive a call when your moving team is en route. Upon arrival, a quick walk-through will be performed to confirm the scope of work before the paperwork is finalized and the move begins.

Important Information About Labor-Only Moves
  • Heavy Items: Items like pianos, safes, and pool tables may require additional crew or equipment. Please notify us in advance to avoid extra fees or delays.
  • Appliances: We can move large appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc.), but we do not disconnect or reconnect them to water, gas, or electrical lines.
  • Insurance Disclaimer: We are only responsible for items during the time we are physically loading or unloading them. Once loading is complete, insurance coverage ends, especially for containers or storage units accessed after our service.
